It all started in 2001 in a small coffee shop in Cleveland, Ohio. A One-man Traveling Real Estate Show, Randy, who happened to be an acquaintance of mine, was deliberating over the great potential of advertising on the internet comparing it against the lack of simple, efficient tools to do so.

     "Here's the thing," Randy says to me over steaming hot java, "I've already mastered my field in the Realtor Arena. . ."

     I look up startled at his blunt self-acclaim. He was right, as he had been pulling in an average of eight sales a month single handedly.

     "I'm a SMART man!", He continues on his diatribe, "WHY can't I just do a bit of on-line advertising myself WITHOUT the recurring feeling that I'm in the fourth Grade?!"

     I chuckle a bit to myself and picture Randy stuffed into a tiny chair, suited for a school-aged child, fat-fingering a tiny keyboard. Randy sighs heavily obviously not as amused as I am.

     "I just want something to help manage my website, my properties, and data that's not as cumbersome as say. . ."

     "BUYING a HOUSE?!" I pipe in excitedly. There is a pause. I can tell by the lack of expression Randy has on his face he didn't think it was quite as funny as I had.

     So there we have it! "Something to Help Manage your Website, Properties, and Data thats Not as Cumbersome as say, Buying a House..."
